About scientific activity

Scientific activities at the School of Dental Medicine are carried out through projects of the Croatian Science Foundation (HRZZ), EU projects and the Support for Scientific Research of the University of Zagreb.

Currently, five scientific projects of the Croatian Society of Health Sciences and one EU project from the call "Research, Development and Innovation 2" (IRI2) are active at the School:

  4. Clinical and experimental research on laser-activated photoacoustic flow and photoactivated disinfection in endodontic treatment - UIP-2019-04-5303 - led by Prof. Dr. Sc. Ivona Bago
  5. Dental analysis in forensic and archaeological research - IP-2020-02-9423 - leader Prof. Dr. sc. Hrvoje Brkić
  6. Biodegradable implants for bone tissue engineering - KK.01.2.1.02.0209 - research coordinator by institutional partner

Scientific activity is encouraged in the form of:
